Electrical and HVAC Project
A residential project with a high level of lighting, home automation and customised HVAC system delivery.
Project Summary: In this project the Waikato AMP'T Electrical team designed and planned the extensive lighting. Moving away from more traditional down lights in the majority of areas with just a few used in selected areas instead utilising a series of feature lighting units including strip LED lighting and feature LED extrusion alongside track spot lighting. Control four automation was used as a central control system to control lighting, heating, security, access control, CCTV and multi room audio.
The Waikato AMP'T HVAC team installed a customised ducted HVAC system that provides the home owners with the ultimate in home comfort temperature control.
