Successful HVAC project for the DHB

Project: DHB Bay Of Plenty offices

Project overview: two storey office fit out to provide a suitable environment for 125 people. This newly constructed office building is in 17th Avenue and is now home to the District Health Board - Bay of Plenty Team based in Tauranga.

Environmental aspects of the project: All AC units were selected fro their co-efficient performance (High COP's)

Challenges: The original scope of the project consisted of a performance spec which we then took over and created a detailed design that reflected the clients requirements with a focus on achieving it within budget.

Results: Comfortable working environment incorporating heating, cooling and ventilation. Happy clients
