Our HVAC team were proud to work alongside CBC Construction on this retirement project for The Vines at Bethlehem which is on the previous Mills Reef Winery site.
The iconic Mills Reef winery building, once an art deco-styled winery and event space, is now transformed into The Vines Clubhouse. With a footprint of over 2000sqm, the clubhouse now offers a variety of features, including comfortable social spaces including a coffee lounge.
It also includes amenities like hairdressing and beautician services, a dedicated wellness area, a theatre, a library, a heated indoor pool, a spa, a gymnasium, as well as indoor and outdoor bowling facilities.
The Amp'T HVAC team designed and built the ventilation and air conditioning systems, however the project was not without it's challenges. Being a refurb of an existing building their were obstacles where the existing building did not "mirror" the drawings so reviewing, detailing and documenting the correct information was imperative.
The finished building features innovation with central remote control and web browser access to the control systems allowing easy monitoring and changes.
Their is also a CO2 controlled large fresh air system to reduce ongoing running costs.
