This was an electrical project completed in 2021 by the AMP'T Electrical team for high end builders Calley Homes. The project features an extensive electrical plan and specialty lighting throughout. Sitting high on a ridge line in Welcome Bay this home is a four bedroom, three bathroom home with large open plan living, kitchen, scullery and media room.
The builders had created cedar soffits and internal cedar ceilings which meant the detail and precision required for each and every fitting was a focus. LED extrusions were installed to feature areas throughout the entrance hall, kitchen and living spaces. These create ambience and flood the walls with light.
Outside the home is detailed with lighting to highlight the architectural definition of the home and ensure outdoor entertaining is a breeze throughout the evening.
Client supplied feature lighting was installed over the dining table (ECC), master bedroom, media room and stairwell.
The twin bathroom mirrors in the master ensuite with backlit LED lighting which are from Plumbline. They create a soft glow effect around the mirrors while the rest of the room is fitted with directional LED lighting.
