AMP’T Electrical delivered the full electrical, data, automation and control systems for this award-winning beachfront residence in Mount Maunganui. Designed by Mark Carnachan Architecture, the home has received national recognition at both the Master Builders Awards and the NKBA Awards. Positioned on a premium coastal site, the project required a highly detailed electrical design that balanced aesthetics, performance and total home control.

Scope of works

The clients sought an intelligent home system that offered effortless operation—everything from shutting off selected circuits at night to managing access control, intercom functions and whole-home automation.
