This project commenced as a three-storey commercial basebuild designed to be delivered to a tenancy-ready standard. As construction progressed, five tenancy fitouts were incorporated into the programme—Amp’T completed the mechanical works for four of these tenancies and full electrical services for two, working seamlessly within a live construction environment.
The building comprises a basement carpark, entrance lobby, central stairwells, three levels of corporate office space, and a dedicated roof plant and equipment zone. Throughout the project, Amp’T deployed a multidisciplinary team of up to 15 technicians across electrical and mechanical streams, ensuring coordinated delivery under tight timeframes and complex specification requirements.
