Project overview

Amp’t Group has been engaged to deliver full HVAC and Electrical services for a 49-home residential development led by Penny Homes and sold to Kāinga Ora. The development includes a mix of 1 to 6-bedroom homes, with several dwellings designed for special access needs, reflecting a strong focus on inclusive housing.
Stage One (25 homes) has been successfully completed. Stage Two (24 homes) is currently underway, with works progressing on schedule.
