Project overview

Full HVAC design and installation for a two-storey commercial office fit-out, designed to accommodate up to 125 staff.
This newly constructed office building now serves as the Tauranga base for the Bay of Plenty District Health Board. Amp’t Group’s HVAC division was engaged to deliver a complete heating, cooling, and ventilation solution tailored to support a healthy, productive working environment.

Scope of works

Key deliverables

The initial scope provided a broad performance specification. Amp’t Group assumed full responsibility for developing a detailed HVAC design, aligning with the client’s specific operational needs and budget constraints. This included system selection, ducting layout, and zone optimisation.

Environmental Considerations

All air conditioning units were selected for their high Coefficient of Performance (COP) to ensure energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact — aligning with the client's sustainability goals.

Project outcomes

The result is a comfortable, energy-efficient workplace with effective heating, cooling, and ventilation - delivered on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
